Gold Certified

Ford’s certified pre-owned program, or Ford Blue Advantage, includes three levels of certification designed for various vehicle categories. Models up to six years old with less than 80,000 miles can qualify for a Gold Certified designation if they pass a 172-point inspection by certified technicians. These models get 12 months or 12,000 miles of Comprehensive Limited Warranty and seven years of 100,000 miles of powertrain warranty.

EV Certified

Fully electric Ford vehicles up to six years old and with less than 80,000 miles that pass a 127-point inspection qualify for the EV Certified designation. These models also get 12 months/12,000 miles of Comprehensive Limited Warranty plus eight years or 100,000 miles of BaseCARE EV Warranty coverage.

Blue Certified

Ford vehicles as well as other makes and models up to 10 years old and with no more than 150,000 miles that pass a 139-point inspection can receive the Blue Certified designation. All vehicles in this category receive 90 days or 4,000 miles of Comprehensive Limited Warranty. Similar to the other two categories, the Blue Certified includes 24/7 roadside assistance and 14 days or 1,000 miles of money-back guarantee.

FordPass Rewards Points

Beyond thorough inspections and warranties, each Ford Blue Advantage vehicle comes with FordPass Rewards points that you can use towards your maintenance visits, parts, accessories, and other qualified purchases. You earn 22,000 points when purchasing a Gold or EV Certified vehicle and 11,000 points for a Blue Certified vehicle.
